On my first visit I will discuss with you your animal’s current problem, past and present Veterinary care, medication, lifestyle, diet and exercise regimen. I will then observe your animal at rest and moving to evaluate his posture, gait and behaviour and examine him to assess for pain, skin temperature anomalies, skeletal misalignments and changes in muscle tone.

Following the examination I will advise you whether Chiropractic care to treat your animal is appropriate or whether he needs to be referred back to your Veterinary Surgeon or another healthcare specialist. If you are happy to proceed I will treat your animal as appropriate for his individual needs.

Please note that before visiting your animal I will contact your Veterinary Surgeon. This is a legal requirement and is for the protection of your animal and to ensure that Chiropractic treatment does not contradict current Veterinary care.
