The Vet is the primary care practitioner for our animals so is normally consulted (and quite rightly so) when there is a problem. Does it hurt them?
In the majority of cases animals seem to understand that the animal chiropractor is trying to help them and the majority appear to enjoy being treated. Obviously, if they are extremely sore or sensitive and muscles are tense or tight, the treatment may cause some short term discomfort.

Is it expensive?
Compared to the cost of drugs and surgery Chiropractic care is inexpensive. It aims to treat the cause of a problem not the symptoms in order to help the body restore itself to structural and physiological harmony and correct health.
